Timberlane Puts 75 into Tushball Contest
by John Marks

Camp Timberlane went out for a World’s Record last Monday. The record was the most Tushball players in one game. The record was previously held by a volleyball camp in Oregon. They had 124 people in one game.

Lee Glicksman was mostly in charge in getting people. When Harold threw up the first ball and everybody hit it once, the count was 75 people, 49 short of the record. After Harold hit the first ball, Robby Chapman, was number two missed the first man out. There were 18 missing after it went around once.

When everybody was out. Fred Heller for St. Louis won by ousting David Daskal. After Daskal came Eliot Rose and John Marks. One surprising thing was that assistant director Vance Liebman did not get out until well after half were out.

Camp Timberlane’s Tushball court is sanctioned by the National Tushball Association (NTA).
